We founded The Dog Mom Society with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience with pets in mind. We conduct business according to the same values, knowing that better service equals loyal customers. SHIPPING
Please allow 6-8 days for package delivery (2-3 days processing, 3-5 days shipping). I will do my very best to get your order to you in a timely manner. Please reach out to the USPS directly if there is a problem with your order while in transit or upon delivery. I am unable to control what happens after the package has left my hands.

If you reside in Sioux Falls, South Dakota and would prefer to pick up, please select the Home Pickup shipping option. It is free and I will notify you when your order is ready.

If your order is $50 or more, shipping is free!
EXCHANGES
I want you and your pet to be satisfied with your purchase. Within 14 days of receiving your order, if you are not satisfied, your products can be exchanged if unwashed and undamaged.

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Once I receive your return, I will inspect the product for damage or any other issues. If the product checks out, I will ship the exchanged product. If there are issues with the product, I will charge you the return shipping cost and contact you regarding the issue.
CLEANING CARE
Wash in cold water and hang to dry. If at any time you have an issue with your product(s), I want to hear about it. I want you to be satisfied, and your feedback will help me improve the products and your experience.
